Locations
How to get to Camp Patriot
Please arrive between 7am and 9am on Saturday to ensure you get the campsite of your liking. Some locations have slow access into the camp ground such as Megalong Valley, NSW and Gordon Country, Qld so allow enough time!

Pets
While pets are allowed at some locations each camp ground has strict pet rules and all pets are required to be on-leash at all times. Please check with the camp ground directly to confirm rules regarding pets. Unfortunately as Camp Patriot Victoria is on a working sheep farm, all dogs are NOT allowed, even on leash.
When to Arrive
Pulling up to Camp Patriot
You will be able to setup at Camp Patriot from 7am on the Saturday morning of your event.
Arrival and Setup: 7-9am Saturday
When you arrive at Camp Patriot follow the signs to the first parking attendant who will direct you to the allocated camping sites.
You will be required to check-in at reception (near the entrance marked on the map) at the following locations:
- Camp Patriot NSW: Megalong Valley Farm, NSW
- Camp Patriot Qld: Gordon Country, Qld
Day Visitors: 10am Saturday
For anyone visiting for the day to checkout the model range, please arrive by 10am ready for the Exclusive Model Walk-around with Justin & Sarah at 10:15am. The model range will be on display for the whole day and you’re welcome to stick around for all of the events and demonstrations!
Event commencement: 10am Saturday
A welcome and safety briefing will be at the Patriot Racing Mack Truck at 10am sharp. All guests are required to attend this welcome and safety briefing so get in early and make sure you’re setup and at the Mack Truck before 10am!
Departure: by 3pm Sunday
The Patriot Campers crew will head out before 10am on Sunday but you are welcome to stay until the afternoon. The site is booked at each location until 3pm at which point fees will apply for campers still on the camping grounds.
Arriving Early
Some guests have expressed an interest in arriving on the Friday and organising camping at the same location as Camp Patriot.
If you are to book a site on the same location as the Camp Patriot camp site you may be asked to move if it impacts the main site setup for our main exhibit. We will not know exactly the placement of the campsites until the Friday so please be aware of this.
What to Bring
Amenities and what you will need
Camp Patriot is designed as a community camp out and while we will be providing certain amenities and services, please consider Camp Patriot as “you’re camping…and Patriot just happens to be there.” Therefore, bring everything you normally would bring on a camp out with your Patriot.
Toilets and Showers
Each location will have toilets and showers on site and nearby to the camping site that we have selected. Some locations will have portable toilets and portable showers and some locations will have fixed toilet and shower blocks. To make sure everyone is as comfortable as possible we will make every effort to make toilets and showers as convenient as possible.
Food and Drink
We will put on a sausage sizzle for lunch on Saturday and provide beer and wine for Saturday afternoon/evening however please bring your own food and drink for all other times. Some of the locations have nearby towns to buy resources, but other locations like Queensland will mean a considerable drive to the nearest grocery store.
Please come self-sufficent and you will be fine!
First Aid
We will have team members on site who are First Aid trained and certified for your peace of mind.
Internet and Cellular Reception
We can’t guarantee internet or cellular reception at any of the Camp Patriot locations. Patriot Campers will have a Starlink for emergency use but it will NOT be available to guests.
What’s On
A day of fun and education
Throughout Camp Patriot we’ll have a series of events, live demonstrations and fun challenges for both the adults and the kids of Camp Patriot.
Kids Korner
From 10am until late we will have activities for the kids including face painting, games, treasure hunts and movies into the night in a dedicated location that will be monitored at all times so.
Demonstrations
From Remote Maintenance tips to Trailer Packing demonstrations we’ll have a series of events throughout the day to keep you entertained and educated.
Service Inspections
Upon arrival to Camp Patriot you will be offered the chance to have your trailer inspected free of charge. If we find maintenance issues and we have the parts on site (and we’re bringing a lot of parts) we will offer labour free of charge. If we can’t resolve the issue at Camp Patriot we can pass you onto Customer Care to resolve any issues after the event.
This service has limited availablility throughout the day so please speak to your parking attendant upon arrival.

There will be some activities that you will need to come prepared for if you are planning to participate.
Cooking Comp
Everyone’s proud of their camp cooking, but are you proud enough to have it judged against other Patriot Campers owners…and have Justin judge the best Camp Chef!?
Bring along your best recipe for dinner and cook-up a storm ready for taste testing, judging and award for the best Camp Chef.

Friday
3:00 PM — Campsites Open
Bump into camp and get settled from 3pm onwards.
Saturday
7:00 – 9:00 AM — Arrival
Arrive early to get set up and settled at Camp Patriot.
10:00 AM — Welcome and Safety Briefing
Join us at the main site by the Mack Truck for a compulsory safety briefing.
10:15 AM — Exclusive Model Walk-around with Justin & Sarah

11:30 AM — Remote Maintenance Tips with Justin
Learn the most critical maintenance tips for remote travel from our expert tester, Justin.
12:30 PM — Camp BBQ with Justin
Grab a simple BBQ feed while Justin fires up the grill.
2:30 PM — “Back it Up” with Ram: Trailer Reversing Challenge
Test your reversing skills in this fun and challenging trailer reversing competition, hosted by Ram. Take a spin in the new Ram Hurricane and navigate the obstacle course for prizes!
4:00 PM — Live Music
Enjoy live entertainment from the crew — and possibly a special performance by our own musical starlet, Mia.
6:00 PM — Camp Cookup Competition Judging
Show off your best camp dinner! The Patriot Games family will judge the tastiest meal. Win prizes and bragging rights for future Camp Patriots.
Sunday
10:00 AM — Event Finish
Camp Patriot wraps up officially at 10am Sunday.
Conduct
Camp Patriot is a family event and we expect that all guests behave in a way that aligns with our family values. Please respect those around you and be patient as we navigate this complex community camping event. If you are seen to be behaving in a way that does not align with our standards then you will be asked to leave.
